Our Methodology

Nexchange takes inspiration from the disciplines of communication and psychology. Its methodology is rooted in intercultural communication and political psychology. Our programs offer people-to-people exchanges and are rooted in cultural heritage. In doing so, we are aware of psychological barriers that effect individuals, groups and the way in which individuals and groups behave. Nextchange offers a unique approach to cultural and educational exchange programs by incorporating a psychological lens to its cross-cultural work. Our unique methodology provides us with the toolkit to understand the complexities of communities and their identities that we work with.
